Labour’s Brunswick Park councillor, Andreas Ioannidis has started a petition to try and stop any closure of Southgate Police Station – the nearest police station to Brunswick Park ward.
A recent question from Enfield & Haringey Assembly Member, Joanne McCartney to Conservative Mayor of London. Boris Johnson showed that Southgate Police station has been identified for closure and disposal in the coming year.

be disposed of in 2012/13. Further approval will be sought before the
property is marketed for disposal.
